sayings LIKE raindrops fall

Days of the season ,seasons of the day (it is autumm)
It is Autumn, the years afternoon
the leaves darken to red as do the rays of the setting sun
leaves fall to the ground
as the sun falls below the horizon
the winds grow colder in this season as the temperature does nearing a day's dusk
all the seasons of a year are as the seasons of the day
-
Spring is the morning of nuances and life,
frost lifts away and releases the newly awakened and the newly born.

Summer is the noon as the sun rises to it's pinnacle, endowing unforgiving heat upon the heads of the living
as it teaches us the harshness of life.
Autumn is of course the afternoon, the time when all harvest and prepare
for the sun's annual abandonment of us as the final trial of the year

Winter is the deathly white night, when many make a stand against it's fangs
in the fight for survival, while others hide, slumber and pray to wake up in the new morning.

STINGer-
bees,wasps, and scorpions have stingers
and any poisonous sting is bad,but the worst sting
is the sting from the human organism
the human stinger is the tongue

the venom is lies
the toxin is insults

and like any stinger that stings to death
it must be cut away.
yet another saying on 11-18-08

~The forward path~
the path to one mans future
is paved by the footprints
from all of mankinds past

*treeFall*
if a tree falls in the forest
and nobody's there, does it make a sound?

Yes

and the people who loved and cherished it will hear it fall.

that was the idea... I'm working on a lot of stuff soI decided to give out the expressions instead of complete works.

I was hoping that cutting to the chase of these themes was the best way but it seems it wasn't for everyone...

thank you for reviewing!!!

Way, way back in the 1988 Presidential election, then Vice President George H W Bush had a phrase he liked to use: "A Thousand Points of Light." It refers to the idea that a community is made up of people who contribute in a thousand, different small ways, but with each helping to illuminate their community. It's a phrase I think about a lot when it comes to YWS. Looking forward, the site will continue to change and grow, but it will always remain a community dedicated to promoting creative writing as a favorite pastime.
